Background and objective: The mortality cases of breast cancer (BC) are probably caused by inadequate the benefits treatment early detection, moreover lack appropriate facilities for diagnosis also high cost effective treatment. preparation Everolimus (EV) loaded PLGA-TPGS NPs (nano-EV) targeting with folate (PLGA-TPGS-EV-FOL) investigate their toxicity effect on human MCF-7 BC cell lines may be given an in Methods: EV were prepared combination sonication emulsification/solvent evaporation method slight modifications into four formulations A, B, C , D. characterized FESEM TEM particle size (PS) zeta potential (ZP), FT-IR, drug loading (DL%), encapsulation efficiency (EE%), In vitro release, inhibition concentration IC50 viability%, apoptosis, angiogenesis, glucose transporting, HIF-1A mRNA gene expression. Results: Formulation B was found to lowest PS 100±12.7 nm, PDI 0.152, have ZP, -23.2.5. higher DL% content detected as 7.32±1.1% EE% 87± 2.6% formulation B. results suggested that free dissolution 80% within 4h but release profile C, D 34, 23, 26, 30%, respectively. formulated showed better effects against line than achieved even therapeutic formulations. expression decreased when treated cells compare untreated cells. Conclusion: useful lowering involved decline chemotherapy side effects.
